Barbecue Hamburgers

1 ½ lbs. hamburger
1 egg
¾ cup bread crumbs
¾ cup evaporated milk
1 ½ tsp salt (reduce to 1 tsp. if adding seasonings while grilling)
1/8 tsp pepper
3 Tbs chopped onion

Sauce:  3 Tbs vinegar
             2 Tbs sugar
             1 cup ketchup
              ½ cup water
              ¼ tsp dry mustard

Mix hamburger ingredients together in gallon Ziploc bag.  Form into 9-12 patties.  Grill or brown in frying pan.  Combine sauce ingredients in large pan.  Add burgers and simmer for 30 minutes. Sauce optional.
