Lemon Poppyseed Muffins

2 cups flour
3/4 cup sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt

1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup canola oil
2 eggs
2 Tbs. poppy seeds
1/2 cup milk
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. (or a little more) lemon extract

Mix together dry ingredients.  Combine second set of ingredients; stir into flour mixture.  Bake at 400 for 15 minutes.
