Meatballs & Bow-Ties

1 lb. lean bround beef
¼ cup bread crumbs
¼ tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
¼ tsp dried oregano
1/8 tsp garlic powder
¾ cup sour cream
2 cups small bow-tie pasta
¼ tsp garlic powder
2 cups frozen peas
½ tsp dried dill
3 cups beef broth
1 cup diced red pepper

Mix ground beef, bread crumbs, seasoning, and ¼ cup sour cream.  Shape into 1 inch meatballs.  Spray large skillet with cooking spray; preheat.  Brown meatballs over medium heat, about 5-7 minutes.  Remove from skillet; drain grease from pan.  Return meatballs to skillet and add pasta garlic powder, peas, dill, and broth.  Bring to a boil.  Cover; reduce heat to low and simmer for 5 minutes.  Add red pepper, simmer for another 5 minutes or until pasta is tender.  Remove from heat and stir in remaining sour cream.
