Pumpkin Muffins

A great start to a fall morning!

Stir together:
2 cups flour
1 cup brown sugar
1 1/2 Tbs. pumpkin pie spice
1 1/4 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
3/4 tsp. salt

Then mix together:
1 1/2 cups pumpkin (1 15 oz. can)
1/2 cup canola oil
2 eggs

Add pumpkin mixture to dry ingredients and stir until blended.  Add 3/4 cup mini chocolate chips and put in lined muffin pans.  Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes.
