Sausage Rice Casserole

1 lb. pork sausage

1 cup chopped celery

½ cup chopped onion

½ cup chopped green pepper

1 cup uncooked regular rice

1 ½ envelopes dry chicken noodle soup mix

1/3 cup chopped almonds

3 cups boiling water

Cook sausage until brown.  Leave enough drippings in the pan to sauté celery, onion, and green pepper until crisp-tender.  Combine with other ingredients.  You can do this ahead of time, and just add the boiling water right before you bake it.  Bake at 350 for 45-60 minutes.
