Moroccan Chicken Skewers

2 teaspoons each of :  
cinnamon 
paprika
ground cumin
ground coriander
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
2 Tablespoons olive oil
1 1/2  pounds chicken tenders

Place all the spices in a large ziplock bag and shake together.  Add the oil and knead to blend.  Add the chicken, then turn and knead the bag to coat the meat.  Thread each tender onto a bamboo skewer.  Oil or spray the grill grates, and prepare grill to cook over medium-high heat.  Grill the chicken until it’s no longer pink, about 4 minutes per side.
