Cinnamon Nut Breakfast Cake

1 cup brown sugar
1 tsp. nutmeg
½ tsp. salt
¾ cup salad oil
2 ½ cups flour
1 cup sour milk or buttermilk
¾ cup white sugar
1 tsp. soda
2 beaten eggs

Mix together first four ingredients and take out ¾ cup and add to ½ cup chopped nuts and 2 Tbs. cinnamon. Set aside for topping.  To the remaining first four ingredients add the rest of the ingredients. Mix well and put in greased baking pan. Crumble the topping mixture on top and bake at 350 for 1 hour.
