Snickerdoodles

½ cup Crisco
½ cup margarine
1 ½ cups sugar
2 eggs
2 ¾ cups flour
2 tsp. cream of tartar
1 tsp. soda
¼ tsp. salt

Mix as usual for cookies.  Chill dough for 1 hour.  Roll into 1 inch balls and roll in cinnamon sugar mixture.  Flatten slightly.  Bake at 400 for 8 minutes.
