Cinnamon Twists

2 ¼ tsp. yeast dissolved in ¼ cup warm water
2 cups flour
¼ cup sugar
1 ½ tsp. salt
½ cup warm milk
¼ cup margarine, softened
1 egg
½ cup water
2-2 ½ cups flour

Combine first eight ingredients and mix well.  Add additional flour to make a soft dough.  Let rise 1 hour.  Roll into a 16 x 12 inch rectangle.  Spread with a mixture of ¼ cup margarine, 4 tsp. cinnamon, and ½ cup brown sugar.  Let rest 6 minutes.  Cut in thirds, then sixteenths.  Twist, and place on greased baking sheet.  Let rise 30 minutes.  Bake at 350 for 15 minutes.
