Pizza Dough

3 cups water
2 Tbs. yeast
2 Tbs. sugar
2 Tbs. oil
8 cups flour, divided
1 Tbs. salt

Sprinkle yeast over water, followed by the sugar.  Let sit for a few minutes.  Add oil and 4 cups of flour, and mix well.  Add salt and gradually add 4 more cups of flour.  Knead for 5 minutes.  Let rise 1 hour.  Bake at 450.
