Polka Dot Pancakes

1 cup flour
2 Tbs. sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
¼ tsp. salt
1 egg beaten
¾ cup milk
3 Tbs. margarine, melted
Cooked, sliced sausage links—I use Little Sizzlers

Mix together first four ingredients.  Combine egg, milk, and margarine.  Stir into dry ingredients just until blended.  Pour into a greased 11 x 7 inch baking pan.  (I triple the recipe and bake it in a 15 x 10 inch pan.)  Arrange sausage circles in a polka dot pattern on top of batter.  Bake about 12 to 15 minutes at 375.
