2 ½ cups cooked chicken
6 hard boiled eggs
1 ½ Tbs. chopped green onion
1 ¾ cup cooked rice
1 tsp. salt
1 ¾ cans cream of chicken soup
1 ¼ cup salad dressing
2 Tbs. lemon juice
1 ¾ cup diced celery
¼ cup green pepper
1 cup almonds
Mix ingredients, then top with crushed potato chips. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Let stand for 10 minutes before serving.
