Combine:
1 cup quick-cooking oats
1 cup flour, white or wheat
2 Tbs. sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
Combine:
2 eggs, lightly beaten
1 ½ cups milk
¼ cup vegetable oil
1 tsp. lemon juice
Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and stir until blended. Cook as usual for pancakes.
